As a Christian, we already know from the scriptures in Proverbs 29:18 that where vision is lacking, there cant be any meaningful progress, order and productivity. It is vision that brings life, motivation, passion and excellence to an individual, group, organization or nations system and pattern of behavior. The Hebrew word for vision is “Chazon”, meaning an intelligent mental view, picture, dream, vision or revelation. A person without vision would easily become dissipated, discouraged, depressed, especially when things are not going well. One is also prone to missing opportunities, being full of criticism, and pursuing growth when there is no working vision.
